WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE RENTAL PROCESS
We begin the process with listening to what your needs are. There are things we need such as a specific location, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms for example. Then there are things we would 'like'. A pool, 3 car garage, fenced yard, etc. We try to fit as many of your wants into the price range you can afford.
Once we determine what you're looking for we begin showing you the homes. Rental properties are going fast these days so what is available today may not be tomorrow. New units become available all the time.
After finding the home that fits your needs you will need to completely fill out an application, turn in an application fee, and a deposit to hold the unit. You can find our application online or at our office.
If you are the first to turn in your deposit, fees, and completed application we will hold that unit for you.
We DO NOT take multiple application fees and waste your time or money.
The deposit to hold the unit will go toward your move in balance. However, if you change your mind and we have taken the house off the market for you the deposit is not refundable.
Once your application is approved we set up your lease signing and move in date. Upon move in you will fill out a property condition form. This form states how you received the property and protects your deposit when you move out if the unit is left in the same or better condition.
